Breakfast seminar: Personal resilience – you on a good day!
Keynote speaker: Louise Ladbrooke, entrepreneur, facilitator and coach.
Why are we tired all the time? Are you looking for the antidote to the strain of modern life? Have you lost your mojo?
Sharing the highs and lows of her own story, Louise guides her audience to use their own stories to unlock their bespoke resilience plan. Listeners will go away with strong takeaways of how to get through and break out of the perceived shackles of modern day life.
During this session we will explore why resilience is less about winning at the Olympics and more about surviving the constant challenges of the daily onslaught, both at work and in life in general.
Including an introduction to mindfulness, this workshop will explore the what, why and how of resilience. Attendees will be encouraged to create their own unique personal resilience plan so that we can all be on a good day, every day.
About the speaker:
Louise Ladbrooke was the founder of Bees Knees Nursery; Louise went through a very tough time being successful and expected to “perform” for many different audiences including Welsh Government. It took its toll on her and today she lives in Cirencester, she actually moved away! She uses her own personal story to illustrate what can go wrong and will help the audience to develop a personal resilience strategy or at the very least to think about how to overcome the waves of issues that we have to content with on a daily basis.
