Employability Bridgend now helping people in work

Employability Bridgend work with both employed and unemployed people across Bridgend County Borough. If you are currently employed but want to improve your employment situation, Employability Bridgend can provide support to: increase your hours, move into a different job, progress into a better job, and achieve a higher income.

A variety of support is available, such as:

• Employability support (CV writing, application forms)
• Confidence building
• Free training
• Childcare costs
• Travel costs

Free training as mentioned above, is available to individuals and groups. Training includes:

• IOSH
• CSCS Card
• Level 2 STLS (Teaching Assistant)
• ECDL
• Safeguarding L2
• Basic Life Support L2
• Mental Healh in the Workplace L2
• Customer Service L2
• Food Safety & Hygiene L2
