Free workshops with PopUp Wales coming to Maesteg

Two free workshops will be coming to Maesteg as part of a collaboration with PopUp Wales and Dr Ben Reynolds of Urban Foundry.

Each of the workshops will be taking place next month at the BAVO Offices at 112 – 113 Commercial Street in Maesteg.

The first workshop is called Evaluation Techniques: Tips on data gathering methods to boost your business. The workshop will cover qualitative and quantitative technique basics as well as specific tools such as Most Significant Change. It is most suitable for organisations that are time poor and need ‘light touch’ data gathering methods across Bridgend County Borough. This workshop will be taking place on Wednesday 5^th October between 1pm and 3pm.

The second workshop is called Business Planning Basics: Practical tips to boost your business. The workshop will cover the key elements of a business plan but focus on what it means practically to develop a business. This workshop is ideal for those running smaller organisations who are either not yet started, or in the early stages of getting going, or more established organisations seeking to do something new. This workshop will be taking place on Wednesday 26^th October between 1pm – 3pm.
